No. Big Hearts at Home Care LLC is a non-medical supportive care agency. We provide daily living support, personal assistance, transportation, respite, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, and related supportive services. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical treatment, or emergency care.

What services do you provide?

We offer supportive home care, respite, community transportation, personal assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, companionship, and additional non-medical daily support.

Do you accept TennCare programs?

Big Hearts at Home Care LLC is now accepting TennCare ECF CHOICES, CHOICES, BCBST, Wellpoint, and Katie Beckett. Eligibility and authorization may vary by plan and program.

What are medication reminders?

Medication reminders are non-medical prompts to help clients remember their medication schedule. They are not medication administration or clinical care.

How do I get started?

Do you offer respite care?

Yes. Respite care helps provide temporary relief for family caregivers while ensuring their loved one receives compassionate support.

Do you help with transportation?

Yes. We provide community transportation support for approved needs such as errands, appointments, activities, and community access.
